Refund Policy
Refunds and Returns are only offered if an error occurred in shipping procedure, (e.g, damaged product, late shipping, inaccurate description, etc). You must ask for a refund within 7 days after reaching the maximum shipping period or within 3 days of receiving your order.
Taxes & Fees
We include all the taxes on checkout based on your country and region.
We're required to collect and pay VAT (Value Added Tax) in every country we have a nexus in.
Currently, we're only collecting VAT in Israel and Germany.
