How to use:
- Clean the area of your body where you intend to use.
- Insert 2 AAA batteries (not included) and "+" mark can see, make sure battery faces the right way.
- Put the host into 2 snap fasteners to lock it so that connect it with the gel pad.
- Tear off the back sticker and then attach it between your ribs and hips.
- Press the ON/INC button to turn on the host, the indicator light is red.
- It will get off power automatically after 12 minutes without a signal.
