How to use:
- Please sit and keep quiet, especially relax your shoulder and arm during the measurement.
- Wrap the cuff around the left wrist. The screen should be placed on the palm side the wrist, the upper edge of the cuff should be approximately 1cm from your palm line.
- The wristband should be kept at the same height as the heart.
- Turn on the device, it will start measuring automatically, and the value will be showed on the screen.
Suggest to measure after an hour of getting up, and/or before going to bed in the evening.
